Mixer truck runs over, kills crim student in Davao del Norte

A criminology student died after he was run over by a mixer truck in Davao del Norte.

According to a report on "State of the Nation," the victim was even seen using his cellphone apparently trying to contact someone while the lower half of his body was under the heavy equipment.

The victim was reportedly riding his motorcycle when the incident happened.

He was rushed to the hospital but later succumbed to his injuries.

The owner of the truck has pledged financial assistance to the family of the victim. —NB, GMA Integrated News
