MARION COUNTY, Fla. – An Ocala woman was arrested earlier this month after she was found driving a stolen sweeper truck, according to the Marion County Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies said that on Oct. 6, the truck had been stolen out of Sumter County, though law enforcement spotted the vehicle shortly afterward driving through Ocala.
While deputies tried to pull the truck over, the driver — E’Dajha Dyesha Lee, 23 — instead sped away, prompting a chase that lasted nearly four minutes, according to a probable cause affidavit.
The affidavit shows that the truck eventually stopped near Juniper Road and Southeast Baseline Road, and Lee was taken into custody. Body camera footage of the incident was released by the MCSO on Monday.

Lee told deputies that she didn’t want to talk, instead asking for a lawyer, though she sporadically said, “You got me,” deputies said.
She faces charges of grand theft, displaying a weapon during commission of a felony and fleeing from law enforcement. She is held on bond of $9,000.
